Sam joined the family business in 1992 after graduating from Woolworths’ internal management program. Sam progressed from leasing one bedroom flats to property administration and is now negotiating multi-million dollar leases.

Ask Sam why he loves what he does and he says; “I just love the challenge. Every person is different, every property is different, every market is different, but every person loves choice.”

Sam has developed a strong reputation in the automotive property sector and has grown from being well known in the Inner West by new and used car dealerships to being well entrenched with global car makers across NSW and interstate. Sam understands the intricacies of the industry and has witnessed all the ups and downs of the sector in recent times. More importantly Sam recognises that the automotive industry is currently undergoing a rationalisation, which still has a way to go, and understands the changing property requirements for these businesses.

Sam’s early exposure to Woolworths gave insight into a large, structured business. Sam says he loves learning and working alongside his Dad, and together make a great team; blending years of experience with energy and passion to increase productivity and efficiency through improved IT infrastructure. Sam is a keen sailor and has completed such events as Sydney to Hobart, Fastnet and Antigua Race week to name a few.
