Gail Marshall Commercial Sales and Leasing
Gail has been around for nearly as long as the John L Hill & Co name. Gail joined two months after John and Virginia started the business, as their first employee, and gained her Real Estate Licence the same year. Over the years, Gail has further accredited herself with skills in property administration, strata management, and all disciplines of real estate agency in sales and leasing.
Gail has carved for herself an enviable reputation for her knowledge and success in the office and retail property sectors and is the authority in the area for large scale office properties. Gail’s clients describe her as extremely thorough and a very good judge in a deal. Many of Gail’s clients have been with her since the early days, and Gail has played a large part in the success of many growing businesses in the Inner West, helping them meet their property requirements.
Ask Gail why she loves what she does, and she says, “I have respected my clients from day one and always worked hard to earn their respect. I am lucky that today I still deal with some of the original clients from the 70’s”.
Gail also says she strives to improve every day and, as one of John Hill & Co’s most senior negotiators, she now enjoys mentoring the younger ones through their first deals. As John Hill says, “there are not too many agents who have lasted over 30 years of up and downs in property and still love their job".
