Michael joined John Hill & Co in January 2001 upon graduation from Newington College. He lives locally in Strathfield and has a good understanding of the area.

Michael began his career with the company as an assistant to Sam Hill in Property Management. It wasn’t too long before Michael started to develop his own client base and negotiating lease and sale transactions on his own. Michael believes starting out in property management gave him a great understanding of the basics of real estate and how to deal with people. Most importantly it taught him the importance of meeting and exceeding client’s expectations in the delivery of high quality service and communication.

Today Michael is steadily increasing market share in the industrial property sector and is gaining a reputation for his persistence in deals and attention to detail.

Michael has a strong connection with his clients and he is a firm believer that “deals come to those who answer their phone”. Ask Michael what he enjoys about his job and he says; “ “every day, every property, owner, purchaser and lessee brings a new and different challenge”. Michael is also a keen golfer, playing off a handicap of 5, at Concord Golf Club.
