Shelagh Armstrong

Shelagh had a long business career largely in the legal services area before joining John Hill & Co in 2007 as the Commercial Property Manager. Early in 2010, Shelagh moved across to take over the management of our commercial strata buildings.

Shelagh is very committed to our goal of providing exceptional, personalised service. Her aim is to establish a sound working relationship with each Executive Committee and understands the importance of effective and legally accurate administrative and accounting practices to ensure that Owner’s Corporations comply with the regulations of the Strata Management Act.

Shelagh says her background has given her a great foundation for strata management and she strives to delivers the best possible building management plan for Owner’s Corporations.

“Efficiency, accuracy and strong attention to detail are crucial, not just in the daily management of strata buildings and their individual requirements, but also in the long term planning of ongoing maintenance and improvements. Developing strong working relationships with the Executive Committee helps to achieve this.”

As well as the role of Strata Management, Shelagh co-ordinates the day to day management of our office. She also runs a busy household with teenage daughters and is a regular golfer.
