Junior Property Manager (Trainee)
Have you just finished Year 12?
Are you looking to start a promising career in real estate
Are you motivated, energetic, and passionate about property?
Then you could be the next Property Manager at leading commercial and industrial real estate agency John Hill & Co!
The role is a traineeship, structured to ensure you learn all the basics of property management across our residential and commercial portfolio, including completion of your Certificate of Registration and Certificate III in Property Services, and in just 12 short months you will be a fully trained property manager, ready for your own portfolio to manage!
This exceptional opportunity requires:
- a "can do" attitude
- diligence with deadlines
- readiness to undertake required study required (during work hours and supported by management)
- a current NSW Driver's License
The team is fast paced and occasionally requires flexibility with work hours, however being in this team will also deliver the opportunity for the right person to advance in our business.
