We're seeing signs that the office market is tightening and rents are going up. Ideally, you should be looking at buying space for your business (especially through self managed super funds). If that's not possible, then dust off that lease and see where you are in terms of expiry and options. Maybe you should be proactive in tying down a longer lease?
