With all the column centimetres written on the marathon Senate sitting and the fact the Budget has been brought forward, it's possible we'll see changes to Super. We can't give you financial advice, but here's a checklist to take to your Accountant quickly!
1. If you're thinking of transferring commercial property you own into a Self Managed Super Fund, don’t dawdle.
2. If you are thinking of buying a property...ditto.
3. If a property you're interested in is going to auction, try and buy it prior to the auction. 4. If you're renting your commercial premises, see if you can buy it. You never know, the vendor might help with finance, even in the short term.
