Sam joined the family business as a letting clerk in 1992, and in 2014 became the owner and principal of John Hill & Co. Sam worked alongside his father, John Hill, for 20 years, across all departments in the business and ran a highly successful Sales & Leasing department.
Sam now leads an organisation of property professionals who share his core values; honesty, transparency, integrity and hard work. He encourages autonomy within the team, confident that their experience, knowledge and values reflect those of the business.
Sam has been a keen sailor since his youth, competing across several One Design Classes and major events such as Sydney to Hobart, Fastnet, Antigua Race week and the Farr 40 State and National titles. Sam is also a strong supporter of Stepping Stone House (which provides accommodation and support for homeless youth) and Concord Cancer Centre.
